Energy Healing
Release what no longer serves you and align with your highest good.
An energy healing session will incorporate your intentions for healing, whether they be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. During a healing session, we are moving energy of the highest love and light through your energy body to remove what no longer serves you and activate you to your desires (or something better!). I will utilize both Ahai (the angelic realm and frequency of miracles) and New Earth Reiki (Christ consciousness) connecting heaven and earth in you.
A session would be on zoom and last about an hour. You'd need to be in a space where you can fully relax and lay down if possible or sit comfortably (your choice!). We’ll begin the session discussing your intentions for it. Bringing specific intentions often creates more specific outcomes. When your intentions for the session are clear, We’ll go off camera. I will share some music that you can listen to or you can come prepared with your own. I will send the healing energy while you relax. This usually takes 20-30 minutes. I'll let you know when I'm finished and we can then hop back on camera to discuss the experience. I can share any intuitive information that came through if you would like to hear it. The energy work will continue to integrate even after the session is complete. I recommend having some time afterwards to yourself for rest and reflection.
Holistic Life Coaching
I offer 60 minute zoom coaching sessions to help you gain clarity on what you want and what you’re going to do about it. I won’t offer much advice, but I will offer reflection, and possibly a new way of seeing things. I truly believe you already KNOW what you want and need and already HAVE all that you need for your journey. Sometimes we need a little support- an outside perspective to help us untangle from our daily lives so we can truly see what is and decide what we’re going to do about it. I offer a safe space to be seen and validated. If you desire positive change in your life and are willing to make adjustments for your highest good, I would love to sit an hour with you and help envision your transformation.
A mentor once told me you can't see yourself accurately if no one in your life does. We need others to reflect back to us who we are. I would be honored to do this for you.
Coaching sessions are sold individually. While repeat sessions can be helpful, one may very well be all you need.
